Learning Challenge: 4 Rituals to Make You Happy

I read the article about 4 Rituals to Make You Happy.  I learned that it is important to ask yourself what you are grateful for when you are feeling down. I never really considered this, so i look forward to employing it in the future. I think it will really help with my happiness. Another thing I need to work on is not suppressing my emotions and labelling them as what they truly are. I am one to stow away negative emotions, and I need to work on this as it is not healthy or sustainable. I am already working on being decisive. This has helped me a lot recently.
